Xinzuo B13R 3 Pcs 67 Layer Damascus Steel Chef, Santoku, and Utility Knife Set

Sets are great way to go if you are looking to add to or upgrade your knife Collection Buying sets of knives versus individually will save you a lot of money. Individual knives sell for more than by the set. Same goes for add-on items like honing rods, kitchen shears, magnetic knife boards or knife blocks. Start with the biggest knife set that has the knives you want, then add additional ones to make your dream set.

This 3 piece Damascus kitchen knife set is a great addition to your collection. Each blade is made up of three major sections of steel. The primary core that serves as the cutting edge and two outer protective sections help prevent rust build up. Although you should still regularly clean your knives.

The core is made up of 10Cr15CoMoV Powder Steel. This allows for a very consistent edge that is hardened to 58-62 on the Rockwell scale. This hardness range is the sweet spot of kitchen knives. The edge wont be too soft or too hard which prevents the edge from chipping or rolling.

The outer steel sections are made up of 33-layers each, of 316/316L Stainless Damascus Steel. This makes dealing with corrosive fruits or vegetables easier than with a pure carbon steel blade. The Raindrop Damascus pattern adds an additional aesthetic layer to each knife.

The knife handles feature Rosewood grips, silver accents, and a brass rivet for additional decorations. The handles are dehorned for comfort and ergonomic for longer term use.

The 8.5 inch Damascus Steel Chef knife is designed to handle most of your kitchen cutting tasks. From meats to vegetables, the chef knife can cut, slice and dice with ease.

The 7 inch Damascus Steel Santoku knife is great for watery vegetables and thinly slicing most things. The blade shape helps prevent things like lettuce and cucumbers from sticking to the side of the knife. This is a great knife for controlled slices.

The 5 inch Damascus Steel Utility knife will be one of your most used knives. Right in the middle of other knives, the Utility knife can do most kitchen tasks. Not at the same level as more specialized knives, but good enough so you dont have to get another knife out.

This Damascus Steel Kitchen Knife Set is destined to becomeyourfavorite kitchen knives.
