This sausage stuffer has a large capacity of 26 pounds making it perfect for high volume operations like delis and butcher shops. It features a high pressure hydraulic group with a 1 hp motor that can be turned on or off automatically with a switch or convenient knee lever. The heavy-duty motor works to quickly and easily push the sausage meat through the spout and into the casing.

The machine is also equipped with wheels making it easy to move aside when not in use or while cleaning.
