If you’re the type of person who likes to pull out the big, beautiful cutting board in front of the family and cut the steak, then this is the set you also need. Because wouldn’t it look silly to stand and fillet a piece of meat with a tacky knife? – Yes, KAI Shun has made this set with a super nice fork and a trencher knife made with a Pakkawood handle and a blade forged in 65 layers of steel with a core of VG-10 Steel. A must-have for a gentleman.
