Electric. 10 Grid. Power: 37.4kW, 63A per phase. The Rational iCombi Pro 1021E combi oven offers a wide range of self-cooking and combi oven modes for different foods and cooking styles, making it ideal for high-output restaurants and food services. The iDensityControl system intelligently adapts the way that the oven cooks your food depending on a variety of factors. It does this by using sensors in the cooking cabinet, actively monitoring humidity, automatically changing fan speed and utilising intelligent geometry to optimise airflow. This combination of features not only helps to cook food up to 10% faster than previous combi-steamers, but also reduces energy consumption by up to 50%.

The iCookingSuite functionality offers the flexibility to achieve reproducible, high-quality food again and again. This system utilises a selection of sensors and intelligent programming to monitor cooking progress and adjust to suit your pre-set parameters. So if you require a particular cooking result, such as browning or steak doneness, then the iCombi Pro with automatically adapt to the interior conditions and ensure consistent results. Fully gastronorm compatible, the oven can accommodate up to ten 2/1 pans making it perfect for quick transfer between appliances and allowing for the production of between 150 and 300 meals per day.

If you’re cooking multiple ingredients simultaneously, then Rational’s iProductionManager system is here to help. Each rack can be individually controlled via the information screen. Simply select, drag and place the type of food that requires cooking on the corresponding rack and the intelligent programme will do the rest. The system also allows you to plan the entire production run of your dishes. So if you need your ingredients to finish cooking at the same time – such as a meal consisting of steak, chips and veg – then iProductionManager will tell you exactly when and where to place the racks.10 x 2/1 GN capacity allows you to cook multiple foods at once150-300 meals per day ensures excellent output for fast-paced servicesiDensityControl system uses sensors to ensure high-quality and consistent cooking resultsiCookingSuite functionality intelligently adapts cooking to suit your set parameters and the type of finish you’re looking foriProductionManager allows you to individually control each rack and ensure that food is cooked with the same finishing timesiCareSystem intelligently adapts cleaning programmes to lessen down time and ensure that maintenance is as easy as possibleIntuitive touch screen allows you to operate the combi oven with easeLED lighting an a clear viewing window allows you to monitor cooking progress6-point core probe to monitor food core temperaturesRetractable hand shower helps to enables easy cleaningWi-Fi enabled for transfer of programmes in secondsYou can check the Specification tab for more details.
