The Rational Combination Oven iCombi Pro is designed with the busy catering, restaurant and hotel sectors in mind. You can connect the iCombi Pro with ConnectedCooking, Rationals secure internet platform, with the WiFi interface fitted as standard.

Humidity, air speed, temperature and steam injection are carefully coordinated. iCareSystem

• Ultrafast interim clean in approx.12 minutes, Which means you can then quickly move onto cooking the broccoli, without any flavour transfer or unpleasant smells
• It will tell you exactly how dirty it is
• It can note your preferences and will show you the corresponding cleaning program the next time
