Ono Knife Suzukaze SG2 Tsuchime 4 Piece Knife Set

About Ono Knife – Ono knife mixes cutting-edge tech with craftsmanship skill to create knives designed to exceed expectations. They have worked with Shun to craft some of the more elaborate knife designs we’ve seen and are now branching out to create their own knife series. Visiting their factory in Seki is like stepping into the future. And while we suckers for the ultra-handmade knife here at , seeing the level of precision that Ono brings to their knives is awe-inspiring and full of exciting possibilities.

The Suzukaze line is made with SG2 stainless steel, which holds a razor-sharp edge super well! Despite being a heftier blade, they are really nice and thin behind the edge and cut beautifully. It has a Damascus tsuchime finish and a hybrid-style handle that feels confident in the hand.
