Olympia Natural Slate Boards GN 1/4 (2 Pack) (Pack of 2) PAS-CK407

1/4GN

Beautifully present sushi, tapas, and other buffet items on these 1/4 gastronorm Olympia natural slate boards. Constructed from natural slate, these boards ooze a rustic and natural charm, giving you the perfect backdrop to present your cheese boards and cold meat platters in an enticing and unique way.

These slate boards have been varnished to make them waterproof and oil repellent, helping you keep them in impeccable condition for many services to come. This coating also prevents the slate from absorbing odours from foods such as cheese or cured meats, ensuring optimal hygiene, and preventing fresh food items from becoming tainted.

Thanks to the easy-to-clean construction, these slate boards can be simply wiped-clean with a small amount of detergent – giving you a quick turnaround of fresh tableware during busy periods of service.
