Kaze Series Kitchen Knife Duo (Gyuto & Kiritsuke)

Two knives, most of the work. The Kaze Duo pairs the two blades a kitchen leans on hardest, each from a stainless steel core folded in layers of tsuchime-hammered Damascus.

The Gyuto is the workhorse, an 8-inch chef’s knife for proteins, herbs and everyday board work. The Kiritsuke is the chef-slicer, an 8-inch blade with an angled tip for clean slicing and confident chopping.

Bought together the pair costs less than buying the two knives on their own, and both are forged to match as a set.
