Kasai Long Konro Grill Searing Edition SVT-16157

764x305mm. For 8-12 people.Designed and manufactured in the UK, the Kasai Long konro hibachi grill searing edition makes it easy to bring traditional Japanese BBQ cooking to both the home and professional restaurants. Whether you’re grilling meats, fish, vegetables, or putting the finishing touch on a sous vide-cooked dish, the Kasai Konro style grill brings a touch of excellence to the culinary experience.

More than just a charcoal grill, the Kasai konro uses a natural clay material to optimise heat retention, reflecting heat back into the grill and to the food. As the konro has superior insulative properties, the charcoal burns longer than in conventional cookers, helping to maximise cooking times without having to change or add fuel. The special design of the grill also delivers those searing hot temperatures (up to 350C) needed to lock in natural flavours without imparting other aromas.

This searing edition includes the stainless steel frame and full-size searing grate – exceptional for cooking delicious steaks, rib roast or tenderloin. The 6mm stainless steel bars allow the sear grate to get incredibly hot so that you can treat everyone to picture-perfect, flavourful sear marks, while sealing in the moisture and flavour of your food. Other models with skewers, planchas or robatas are also available.Searing edition: 6mm stainless steel grate – seals in flavour for delicious taste & perfect sear marksBrushed British made stainless steelWorking temperature 107C to 350CIncludes a cooking grid as standard2 x strong stainless steel handles for liftingBritish made & in partnership with Tommy BanksNote: main grill not designed to be submerged in water, get wet or be left outside.
