Inotech Legend ITLUFR4+ “Wall of flame” 4 Spit Rotisserie

These beautiful Inotech US Legend Chicken rotisseries, are designed for “Front of House” cooking – they have attractive “Wall of flame” burners and are made with Enamelled painted fronts, can be supplied with a choice of 4 colours and 4 spit options. The spits are adjustable front to rear, allowing you to keep the Birds warm after cooking. These rotisseries can be used both indoors and outdoors. Features;

• Choice of colours – Red, Black, Green or Blue – with choice of Brass or Stainless trims

• 4 Spit capacity – Each spit has its own motor and will hold 6 x 1.2kg chickens – spit length is 612mm

• Optional 6 and 8 spit options – prices on request

• Vertical spit can be supplied as an option ideal for hanging Leg of lamb etc – can not be retrofitted ( as on product image)

• Spit can be moved backward or forwards allowing different sizes of meat to be cooked.

• Rotisseries is supplied with glass door – keeps heat in and is hygienic

• Supplied with claw spits as standard – other spit options on request

• “Wall of Flame” burner creates an attractive appearance
