Hayabusa Series Kitchen Knife Duo (Gyuto & Nakiri)

Two knives, most of the work. The Hayabusa Duo pairs the two blades a kitchen leans on hardest, each from a stainless steel core folded in layers of tsuchime-hammered Damascus.

The Gyuto is the workhorse, an 8-inch chef’s knife for proteins, herbs and everyday board work. The Nakiri is the vegetable specialist, a flat 7-inch edge that drops straight through onions and squash with no rocking and no bruising.

Bought together the pair costs less than buying the two knives on their own, and both are forged to match as a set.
