GLOBAL Chef Knife 21cm in Cromova 18 GF-33 Stainless Steel

GLOBAL GF Series
Knife with blade forged in special CROMOVA 18 molybdenum-vanadium steel, with a hardness level of 56-58 HRC (Rockwell scale), larger handle and thicker blade edge. The stainless steel handle is hollow and filled with sand for perfect knife balance. The blade is hand sharpened for excellent edge retention. In general it is a heavier knife than the G series, preferred by professionals, “forced” to use the knife for many hours a day, as it is the weight of the knife that “makes the cut”.

Material: CROMOVA 18 stainless steel.
Blade length: 21cm.
