Pizza artisans that work to prepare hundreds of pizzas everyday require a high quality tool that saves time and reduces fatigue in order to deliver the best and most consistent results every time. This GI Metal pizza peel is an easy to use and long-lasting tool that will act as a natural extension of your arm.

This pizza peel features a special and exclusive GI metal treatment, Golden Hard Anodizing (G.H.A) that makes it more hard-wearing, sliding, and hygienic. G.H.A. is a special treatment of Japanese origin, it’s an anode oxidation with subsequent sealing of the micro-pores using silver ions, resulting in an aluminum alloy with superlative performance and characteristics.

This gold pizza peel has a 14 x 14 head and comes attached to a 59 long gold handle thats ideal for big, artisanal pizza ovens. The head can accommodate many standard sized pizzas while the long handle helps prevent burns to yourself and your chefs by giving you enough distance to safely maneuver the pizzas inside large ovens. The handle and head metals overlap each other at the joint and get secured with three large rivets that keep the pieces from moving and vibrating while in use, making it more comfortable to manage over long hours.
