Incredibly high powered, the blast freezer not only exceeds food hygiene regulations, it also helps retain food quality by reducing the size of the ice crystals that form naturally as part of the freezing process – helping the food keep its structure. Able to be used as either a blast chiller or freezer, the unit has a durable stainless steel construction and a user-friendly touchpad control system which makes the unit easy to use, clean and maintain.
