Description

The Atosa MBF8001GRL 28″ Top Mount Solid Door Left Hand Reach-In Freezer offers a compact yet high-capacity frozen storage solution for professional kitchens. The unit features a top-mounted compressor system that draws air from the coolest part of the kitchen, preventing grease and heat from entering the mechanical components. With 21.4 cu. ft. of internal storage, this stainless steel unit is built to withstand the rigorous demands of a busy commercial environment while maintaining a professional appearance.

Equipped with 3 adjustable epoxy-coated shelves and a self-closing door that stays open at 90 for easy loading during peak service hours. A digital temperature control system allows for precise adjustments between -22.22C to -17.78C (-8F 0F), ensuring food safety compliance for all frozen inventory. The left-hand hinge configuration and 28.75″ width make this an efficient choice for tight cook lines or prep stations.

Efficiency is a priority with the R290 refrigerant and high-density polyurethane insulation that helps maintain consistent internal temperatures. Pre-installed 4″ casters with brakes allow kitchen staff to move the unit for thorough floor cleaning or layout adjustments. This freezer combines a small footprint with functional design elements that prioritize durability and easy access to critical ingredients throughout the day.

• Restaurant Size Recommendation: Ideal for small to medium sized establishments or as supplemental frozen storage in larger facilities.
• Maintenance Advice: Clean the condenser coil every 30 to 60 days to prevent dust buildup and wipe down door gaskets weekly to ensure a proper airtight seal.
• Manufacturer’s Warranty: Atosa provides a 2 year parts and labor warranty with an additional 5 year warranty specifically covering the compressor.
