Ideal for left or right handed use, the Zyliss angled palette knife features a 22.5cm blade that’s the perfect length to ice a 9″ cake.

The cranked blade is made from stainless steel and is perfect for spreading icing onto delicate shaped and uneven surfaces. The handle is made from natural beech wood with a striking harbour blue dipped end.

To clean, simply wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly (not suitable for dishwashers).
