It is easy to operate with an adjustable, electronic thermostat with a digital display monitoring the inside temperature to ensure food is being held at safe and precise temperatures. Greater yields and less food waste with Halo Heat technology. Minimise food costs with less overcooking and shrinkage compared to conventional holding.
