Description

The Alfa Quick 4 Pizze Professional Oven is designed to deliver exceptional thermal performance for busy hospitality environments. Available in gas or wood configurations, this Italian-made unit features a 39.4″ x 35.4″ refractory cooking floor, providing the capacity to bake 4 pizzas simultaneously or up to 80 pizzas per hour. The internal chamber is protected by 3 layers of high-density ceramic fiber insulation, allowing the oven to reach an operating temperature of 500C (932F) in just 50 min. while maintaining a cool-to-the-touch exterior for staff safety.

Constructed with a stainless steel dome and finished in a resilient Silver Grey powder coat, this oven is built to withstand the mechanical stress of a high-volume kitchen. The patented Double Flue System optimizes heat retention by increasing the residence time of hot air inside the chamber, which significantly reduces fuel consumption and improves baking consistency. Whether utilizing the gas burner with 102,364 BTU/hr. or traditional wood fuel, the oven ensures a rapid recovery time between batches, making it a reliable workhorse for pizzerias during peak service.

The ergonomic design includes a wide mouth and a deep stainless steel sill, facilitating the effortless movement of peels and pans. This flexibility, combined with its high production capacity, makes the Alfa Quick 4 Pizze an ideal solution for establishments that need a fast, durable, and fuel-efficient oven to anchor their outdoor patio or main kitchen line.

• Restaurant Size Recommendation: Best suited for medium to large establishments or catering venues producing up to 80 pizzas per hour.
• Maintenance Advice: Daily brushing of the refractory floor is required to remove debris; inspect the burner and flue system monthly for obstructions.
