With a variable speed range from 800 up to 3,600 patties / Hr. , the machine offers full control over throughput, making it perfectly suited for customizing production rates based on operational flow.

This automatic former is configured for sustained high-capacity output, featuring a large 30 L hopper to hold raw product, minimizing the need for constant refills during extended runs. The machine provides precision shaping with patty thickness adjustable up to 1.26″ (32 mm) and can accommodate circular patties up to a maximum diameter of 5.12″. To ensure operational flexibility.

The F2000SD is engineered for streamlined workflow and ease of hygiene compliance. Standard equipment includes a 900 mm conveyor belt to efficiently transfer stacked or continuous product, alongside an automatic paper attachment for professional packaging readiness.
